Niagara Silverplate Souvenir Spoon Demitasse 300 Feet High Tower Horseshoe

Hi! For sale is a souvenir spoon for Niagara Falls. At the top it say "300 Feet High" and pictures the old electrical tower. The bowl shows the Falls with a horseshoe above them. This looks to be silverplate, but I am unsure since it is not marked. Weight is 10g and it is 4.5" long. Thanks for looking and please ask any questions.
